Abstract

The global environment in which each company operates and interacts is completely dynamic and unique, therefore net working capital as a customizable tool is essential for its permanence and competence. Learning its efficient management and administration will allow the financial manager to create companies with value and long-life cycles capable of adapting to the environment with competitive advantages. The research is descriptive, documentary, the information obtained is based on secondary information sources such as books, theses and scientific articles. The analysis of the business structure serves to reduce uncertainty in the face of possible problems that have their root in the composition of the company itself, in addition, it concludes with those that require a restructuring in order to ensure permanence in the market, finally, some methods are suggested to identify the need for financing and alternative solutions.
