Aportes de la sociología jurídica al Estado de Derecho en México

Abstract

This research seeks to explain the concepts of sociology and legal sociology, their differences and connections, in order to understand the need for legal sociology in the Rule of Law in Mexico. Through legal sociology, the governance of the country is analyzed. It is intended to explain the relationship of the Rule of Law with human behavior in society, because only through this interrelation is it possible to understand the needs of the country. The foregoing lays the foundations for the consolidation of the Rule of Law and the guarantee of an optimal quality of life for citizens.
