Resumen
El Observatorio de las Finanzas Públicas fue creado con la finalidad de analizar y dar seguimiento al quehacer gubernamental, con el propósito de identificar las áreas de oportunidad que se tienen y para proponer nuevas líneas de acción. Asimismo, para brindar a la población información confiable y clara que les permita entender y evaluar el trabajo que los gobernantes en el poder realizan.
Abtract: The Observatory of the Public Finances was created in order to analyze and
monitor government work, for the purpose of identifying the areas of opportunity That it
have and to propose new lines of action. Also to provide to the population clear and reliable
information enabling them to understand and evaluate the work that the rulers in power carrying out.
