Abstract
The Regional Observatory for Quality and Equity in Higher Education (ORACLE) presents in this document the results of the research that arises from the purpose of inquiring about the inequity that may exist, due to the lack of autonomy in the learning process, placing the student in a vulnerable position in the educational program of Pedagogy, within the framework of a virtual modality. This is a quantitative investigation, carried out in the period August 2022 - January 2023, where 217 students with different credit progress in their school career were surveyed. Among the most significant results, the identification, in the students surveyed, of the motivation and initiative to study, the skills they put into practice and the Metacognition of their learning process stand out. One of the conclusions is that the weak student autonomy causes inequity in the conditions to appropriate the contents.
