Comparative between the digital press and Twitter about sustainability in Veracruz

Abstract

The Observatorio Veracruzano de Medios has carried out, for nine years, the monitoring of environmental problems in different media; some results allowed the visualization of Sustainability actions. Therefore, during the months of October and November 2021, this important topic was analyzed to know its behavior in the press and Twitter.

During 14 random days of those months, 74 news items were obtained from the digital press of Veracruz and 356 tweets, with the objective of identifying and comparing the main topics related to sustainability and who are the voices that emit them in both communicative supports.
