Es una publicación semestral de investigación científica, editada por la Coordinación Universitaria de Observatorios (CUO) de la Universidad Veracruzana y publicada de manera electrónica para consulta abierta y gratuita a través de internet. Tiene como objetivo difundir las metodologías para la generación y construcción de datos e indicadores y los artículos científicos generados por los observatorios universitarios pertenecientes a la Red de Observatorios de la Universidad Veracruzana (UV). También publica colaboraciones científicas de docentes, investigadores, técnicos académicos y estudiantes de la UV y de otras Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES).
